Q. What are Crystal Elements® air fresheners made from?
A. Crystal Elements® products are made from naturally occurring sea salt.

Q. How long will the fragrance in Crystal Elements® products last?
A. 45 days.

Q. What kinds of containers can Crystal Elements® be placed in?
A. Renuzit recommends only using Crystal Elements product in non-food Glass Containers. Do not place in ceramics, marble , fish tanks, wood, or with living flowers or plants.

Q. What happens if I get Crystal Elements® product on my hands or spill it on my carpet?
A. The color can come off on your hands or whatever the crystals come in contact with. However, it does not stain your hands or glass containers and in fact easily comes off with soap and water. We have also tested on Carpet- and Zout® stain remover plus soap & water are very effective at removing any staining.

Q. Will Crystal Elements® stain my glass containers?
A. No. Crystal Elments may leave some fragrance oil residues on your glass containers after use, but these easily clean off with simple soap and water.

Q. How should Crystal Elements® products be disposed of?
A. After 45 days, the crystals will have a very dull appearance and the fragrance will be much less noticeable. At this point, simply dispose of the crystals in your trash can.

Q. Is Crystal Elements® product safe for use in homes with children and pets?
A. The crystals are made from sea salt (sodium chloride) and are coated with fragrance and colorant. The crystal coating also contains Bitrex, a bittering agent that tastes awful and will make you want to spit the crystal out as soon as it comes in contact with your mouth. Due to the nature of the crystals, parents need to be aware that some of the crystals may potentially be of a size that poses a choking hazard to small children. As with other household products, we recommend that Crystal Elements® product be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Q. Why do the crystals in Crystal Elements® have a liquid on them?
A. Our product is made from fragrance applied to a salt crystal. The fragrance is what gives the wet/oily appearance. Because the crystals are intended to fragrance the air, the fragrance must be readily available to evaporate and hence the product appears wet.

Q. Who will carry Crystal Elements®?
A. Renuzit® Crystal Elements® can be found at major retailers across the United States.

Q. Can I use Renuzit® Gel Electrics in my Glade® plug in?
A. Yes, it will fit if inserted properly.

Q. Is Renuzit® Gel Electrics ok to use with the Glade® extra outlet?
A. Yes, will fit if inserted properly.

Q. How do I know when Renuzit® Gel Electrics is used up?
A. The product will look like hard dried out crystals.

Q. Can I leave Renuzit® Gel Electrics plugged in all the time?
A. Yes, it will fragrance the room while it is plugged in. There is no need to unplug it.

Q. Can I use Renuzit® scented oil refills sideways?
A. No, the scented oil refills will not work properly if plugged in sideways. At some point the wick will no longer be in contact with the fragrance which would affect performance.

Q. If the Renuzit® Car oil gets on my car dash how do I clean it off?
A. Keep product upright at all time, oil can damage surface, wipe up surface immediately.

Q. Renuzit® Super Odor Neutralizer® - Is the Renuzit® Super Odor Neutralizer® Air Freshener bottle recyclable?
A. Yes. The bottles are made of 100 percent recyclable plastic. The bottles can be recycled as long as your community accepts them.

Q. Renuzit® Super Odor Neutralizer® - Do I need to break the plastic seal of the new Renuzit® Super Odor Neutralizer® Air Freshener prior to use?
A. Yes, the plastic seal needs to be removed and discarded prior to use. The plastic seal prevents use prior to purchase.

Q. Renuzit® Super Odor Neutralizer® - Is Renuzit® Super Odor Neutralizer® Air Freshener safe on most fabrics?
A. Yes, this innovative product is safe on most fabrics when used as directed. It is not recommended for use on silk and leather.

Q. What are Renuzit® Adjustables made from?
A. Renuzit® Adjustables are made primarily from water and a renewable gellant from the ocean, and are fragranced with high quality perfumes to freshen your home.

Q. Renuzit® Adjustables - What would make my Renuzit® Adjustable Air Freshener melt or liquefy?
A. This is referred to as syneresis and is the result of the Adjustable being frozen and thawed. The liquid will stain fabric and discolor hard surfaces. Wipe up spills immediately. The colorant is water-soluble. Wash affected areas with a simple water and detergent solution. Wash clothing separately.
